Erin M. Wood is a fine artist based in Jupiter, Florida. She discovered her passion for art at an early age, teaching herself to draw and paint under the encouragement of her mother. In 2001, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Studio Art from Florida State University, where she refined her understanding of color theory and developed her skills in oil painting.
For the past decade, Erin has specialized in commissioned pet portraits, earning recognition for her ability to capture the personality and presence of her subjects. In recent years, her artistic focus has shifted toward the rich natural beauty of Florida’s wildlife, which continues to inspire her current body of work.
When not in the studio, Erin co-manages an automotive repair business with her husband. She finds balance and inspiration through baking, Pompano fishing, walking her dog, and practicing yoga.
